I didn't feel like leaving and would not hesitate to return here. Marvellous location to Armidale town centre, excellent staff, everything was excellent. Location: the hotel was adjacent to park and Wicklow, good restaurant and the mornings-delivery trucks.

The spacious rooms and cleanness of the facilities.

Convenience
Lack of cutlery in room. No bottle opener. These facilities would be in a motel much cheaper. We will not stay there again.

Didn't like the fact that you could hear what was going on in the rooms next door.

I booked a twin room here that was clean and included an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and climate control, plus it offered a nice view of the garden and was conveniently located near great restaurants.

Very clean room
Male receptionist had an inappropriate t shirt on and the stairway was filthy going to the upstairs rooms

I thought the price was too high for one nights stay there in comparison to other 4 star motels in regional towns and cities in N.S.W.
